Guilds - non ZvZ
I made a guild mid season. We have roughly 20 active players. We have made about 10k season points and we are starting to do ava dungeons.
My first point of discussion is why do so many people feel like running a guild is hard. I previously made a post asking about the in's and out's of a guild. I got a lot of negative feedback and one thing that stuck out was, it is a thankless job. I feel the opposite, I think everyone in the guild appreciates my recruiting, making a HO, politics, and generally running content. These are things I did in previous established guilds, and I wasnt really appreciated for doing it.
- So why do majority of players dread starting a guild, not just in albion but any game they've played?
The second point of discussion is why are there so many guilds in albion. I grt invited to so many alliances where 1 guild has 100 players, 30 active, and every guild is the alliance has 20 players. None of them want to zvz or take guild objectives. But they all play together and do the same content the same way.
Surely not every guild leader is the game just has an ego about the title guild leader. By everyone's previously mentioned opinion of guild leadership is it is a thankless job. But then every roads HO zone is full of HOs of different guilds with the same alliance.
- So why are there so many guilds in albion?
Thank you for reading my Ted talk.
