Advice for the Day
We're going for our second time to Epic Universe on Sunday and hoping to get some guidance. We went on Wednesday (got there at 10am) and avoided Super Nintendo and Harry Potter. Both parts had 60+ minute wait times most of the day (Mine-Kart was 90+ most of the day). It was a shorter day for us but managed multiple Stardust Racer runs, everything in Dark and Berk. It was truly an amazing day despite never stepping foot in Super Nintendo or HP. My boys love Nintendo so I want to try for Mine-Kart madness, but unsure if going right at 9am is a good idea. It kinda feels like when we're ok with long wait times, that's when we should do it.
From experienced travelers, I'd love to know your thoughts. I'd imagine both HP and Super Nintendo are where people flock to right away.
Edit/Addition: Ended up not going on Mine-Cart Madness. We were there at 8:30am and upon release into the rest of the park the wait time was 100 minutes. Most of the day when I checked it was 90+ minutes and was then down at the end of the day. I think my boys are a little bummed but we would have traded 2-3 rides that day for just Mine-Kart. Ended up going on Hiccup's 3 times, Monster's Unchained twice, Werewolf twice, HP, Yoshi's (absolutely not worth waiting more than 20 minutes), and Stardust Racers 4 times. It was a great day.
