Hillside General Play Card Dissappeared
We played an open at hillside last week, it was a 4 man team comp where best 2 scores from each hole count.
We all put a general play card in at the same time (because why not), attested them and the score was visible on our myeg apps. I've checked again today and it's gone, it's the same for the other lads as well.
Does anyone have an idea why this has happened or expirerienced this themselves? I've emailed England golf and hillside but not reply yet. We played the same open same time last year and now we've checked the same thing happened last year, I put a card in but it was removed from my scores.
Update
The plot thickens.
-One of the lads didn't put a general play card in through myeg app
-his score was added automatically
-his handicap went down overnight
-The score was removed the next day
-His handicap went back up
