As the title states, I may potentially be getting a new job. I am currently working in the secondary school setting and my employer doesn’t know I have been interviewing. I will keep most of the details private, but the new job is set to have a start date in August. The new job is also in a new career field unassociated with Athletic training.

I am having a bit of guilt about leaving the profession / school especially as fall sports officially ramp up around this time. Has anyone else been through this? Any advice? When should I tell my employer? Any advice is appreciated. Happy to give more details if needed. Thank you!
