Body recomp help needed

Quick details then the question. I’m currently 6’6 430. 34 years old. Down from 480. I’m consuming 2400 calories a day(220-250 grams of protein). I lift 45 min to an hour 5 days a week and hit 8-12k steps on average.

I have always been athletic, even at my size. I love pushing heavy weights and want to build muscle. I’m easily burning 4500-5000 calories total at my best estimate.

My number one goal is fat loss but I don’t want to give up my strength and would like to build big muscles as I drop.

Are my calories to low? My muscle recover is still doing great but I’m not seeing the size bulk on as much as I did when I was younger.

Any tips, and questions, any advice is welcome! Thanks!
