My first ever coach bag ( Coach Field Tote 40)

This is my first ever Coach bag (That last picture was taken when it was new). I purchased it in June 2023 though it was originally released in 2022 and managed to find it at a discount. Even though I have a collection of high end bags from European brands, but this Coach has become my absolute favorite.

The quality of the leather is gorgeous, i have really loved watching it develop a beautiful patina over time as I’ve worn it. I don't "babysit" this bag at all I take it everywhere, use it for daily errands and frequent travel, and even carry it in the rain. I do clean and condition it about once a year, but given how hard I am on it, it’s starting to show its age. The handles are beginning to crack, and I suspect they will eventually give out within a year or two. Additionally, there is some wear on the corners, including a small hole, which makes me feel that replacing it might be more economical than attempting repairs.

It is a shame that they don’t make this model anymore, as I feel it is quite underrated. I am currently debating whether I should try to source another one of the same model I actually saw one in excellent condition for around $100 once in the secondhand market and i regret not buying it or if I should transition to the Empire Carryall. I definitely prefer the shape of my current bag, so I am still weighing my options. Regardless, I just wanted to share how much I’ve loved this piece; it has truly been a fantastic bag.
