I need help
Hi everyone, I need your help. I live in the UK flat. These are houses that have been divided. We live upstairs walls and everything thin af as usual so we lived here 8 years (renting from an agency) we never had any issues lovely friendly neighbours so these new ones that moved in right under us like 7 8 months ago they are absolutely bloody horrible like 2 brainless careless stupid teenagers (no offence to teenagers) every day there is banging, high pitch screaming for hours, they have a big dog in a 1 bedroom flat I can hear they are kicking a football to the wall to play with the dog , smoking right under our bedroom window and the most annoying is the guy is playing on his guitar almost every day sometimes it's just half an hour or an hour but at 9pm when he is not at work it's all freaking day and it's so loud we can hear everything even his horrible voice while he tries to sing its just making us absolutely crazy. And the cherry on top I have a newborn that's trying to sleep and by the way he is a really good baby sleeps from 6pm till 6am no wake up just if this stupid conts doesn't wake him up.
We already tried to talk to them it stopped for 3 days and started all over again.
Any advice help would be appreciated 🙏
