Hi, is this problem unique to me? I am unable to start my video interview despite both my video and audio are working plus screen has been shared. But it will keep booting and then stop after I hit the start button. Tried contacting support and Melvin gave me some troubleshooting tips, but still not working. Can I get a real person to help me with this? Thank you

Hey guys, I have been trying my luck but still no offer, I am African and would like to know if there are other Africans(not diasporas) that got accepted here at Mercor. I want to know if it is worth it to keep trying.
