I took Pennsylvanian from Philly to Pittsburgh round trip two times. That two times always arrived later than written in amtrak. My first time was 9 hours b/c there was unauthorized car on the train rail. But this time was just late.
Can anyone who took this route many times answer that it usually arrives late?

I got a job offer as a software engineer. The process was really bad. My interview process started in early March and got an offer mid-late March. My recruiter ghosted me around 3 weeks during salary negotiation. Also, it took another 3 weeks to get the internal process to get the job offer approval(don’t know what this is tbh). And my start date set to July and this will not get me a full bonus. If I was able to start this position, I would get a full bonus. But because of my visa transition and background check, etc, the earliest set to July. Can this be intended or happened naturally?
