Has anyone else had problems with the FIFA resale marketplace?

I listed my tickets for resale, but since yesterday the system says: "they are being bought by another user".

The problem is that it has been stuck like this for more than 24 hours and nothing changes. The tickets are basically frozen — they’re not sold, I can’t cancel the resale, and I can’t manage them in any way.

I already contacted FIFA support, but so far I’ve only received automated responses and no real help.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did the system eventually fix itself or did you have to do something specific?

I’m getting worried because the match date is getting closer
