Looking for tips for plus sized people
I did my 2nd regular class today and am finding the reformer to feel too light for most moves. What I struggle with has nothing to do with being able to move the carriage. For instance, feet in straps, I have to pull the ropes to get my legs up. Arms in straps, I feel like I’m doing nothing when moving my arms. So I’m thinking I need to keep my springs heavy for probably most if not all of the class? Does anyone do this? Like the heaviest setting (green and red??).
Any other tips for plus sized people? I’ve already learned the trick to move the carriage back as if I were tall (I’m not tall) and that is so helpful. Any other tips people have learned from experience?
