First time dog owner and since she’s a mix from who-knows-what I can’t really tell if it will become a problem someday. It’s mainly the bum and tail

I’m currently in a super remote village and the nearest vet is probably 3h away by driving but I’m going back tomorrow. I’m not sure if the swelling is on the inside or outside of the eye. She is as playful as always and doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort whatsoever. I noticed she was rubbing her eye a couple of times the other day but when i checked there was nothing.

My dog just spat a tooth which we played tug of war ( she’s 6 months old ) and I know she’s changing baby teeth but I just wanted to make sure that this is indeed a baby tooth or I accidentally pulled out a permanent new one. First time dog owner sorry if the question is dumb
