diet coke saving me in a flare

i had a gf pesto bowl. i dont know what i was thinking. on really good days i can have these frozen gf mac and cheese bowls. so i tried the pesto version. i've been horribly sick and bloated the last few days so i decided to give the coke trick i read on here a go. i could literally feel the food sitting and my stomach was rock hard:( now, here i am, laptop on my lap sitting in front of the toilet with my coke. at least it's all coming out i guess. i hate this disease.

going backwards in progress, is this normal?:( how long did it take you to get the GES?

Hey all, im (21f) using my laptop so this is my first post here on this account, but i had an old account where i posted in here a lot. i've been struggling since last november with my gastro issues. first hospital i went to thought it was my gallbladder, took the HIDA scan and all function is normal. i actually had 2 peptic ulcers (very small, healed quickly and caused by stress) but in april i ended up in the hospital after not being able to eat any of my ulcer-safe foods or even water for a week. after my hospital stay last month, an upper endoscopy showed my stomach wasn't contracting. i went from 145lbs down to 115lbs from feb-april with no exercise, after the hospital stay i was able to maintain 115lbs-118. I'm now waiting for a referral to go through but its already been over a month since and i'm so frustrated. i'm having a hard time eating my safe solid foods this week so now i'm back to liquids. (TMI) my BM went from normal to yellowy/bile diarrhea. my weight has also dropped to around 111lbs-112lbs. is this a flare? i did have chicken noodle soup and i felt gross after eating the veggies. does this happen to everyone too? I'll be contacting my primary but i'm on medical (california state insurance) and the doctors i currently have are so meh. how long did you have to wait for the GES or a referral for you? I know me wanting to get it done a month after a hospital stay is unrealistic, i've heard it takes some people years but WTH!! i want to feel normal again. i have horrible health anxiety as well and trying not to freak out. please share any similar experiences :(

edit: i'm 5'0ft so i've heard my weight is considered healthy, I'm just stressed I'm about to lose a significant amount of weight again and i can't afford that. We aren't sure the exact cause of my gastroparesis yet, it does seem to be mild MOST of the time. I've had a severe amount of trauma happen in my life and a doctor at the hospital did suggest it could be the underlying gastro issues as it's still ongoing. I also have horrible ovarian cysts...yay. I started taking a triple magnesium supplement, which i feel so much better, but i think it might be causing the irregular BM? ugh.
