Hello, just wondering if ganito talaga ang booking pag ibang country yung airlines na binook

So I booked for 9pax which was reflected sa credit card ng total yung amount. I paid the card the next banking day after booking. However, after paying, biglang naging per head yung labas nung bill ng booking sa credit card. Ganun ba talaga? If ever there’s been a mistake, saan po kaya dapat makipag-coordinate? Airline or bank? Sayang po kasi forex fees magiging x9 sa credit card.
