Low budget (I think) movie set in am American university. Female student is given herbal teas etc and her appearance starts to transform, her "friends" turn out to be practicing Palaeolithic albinism (I think that's what they called it). At the end she transforms into their leader in a bathtub .... please tell me I didn't hallucinate this movie
