Hey all! I've been interested in getting a sport bike for some time now and I would love to hear what you guys might have to say. I've never driven one, just sat passenger princess on the back of a few sport bikes. I'm 5'10, 135 pounds.

I've only ever driven fast cars for quite some time and just think it's time for something new in the auto world.
I want something that's not "slow" or that I'll outgrow fast (what I've been told) like a 400-500. However, I do want something that also isn't ridiculously fast and that a beginner could handle. I do know I'm mature enough to respect the speed of a bike though. I'm happy to hear what suggestions you may have :)
