umm atp ive realised the benefits thing is all bs, its all about abstinence from an addiction which is easy actually cause hitting 2-3 weeks or even a month without porn is really easy, obv until and unless you dont make this some sort of job, take it easy and chill, engage in other activities , give yourself some time, build your personality, explore your creative side in this journey, start hustling and yes all the best yall :))
