I enjoyed this service, but after a couple of years, I no longer need/want recurring testing. I was worried about the cancellation process after reading all the stories on here over time. It could not have been more straight forward or easier to cancel. Super simple.

Update (literally as I typed this post): I got an email saying "Your Function membership is officially reactivated, welcome back." Ha. My account/membership still shows as being cancelled and is listed as "do not renew." So we'll see what happens I guess.
