Hating the new job

What do you do when you’ve waited so long for a corporate job opportunity, and then when you finally start, you hate the job because of the people and the toxic environment? My boss asks me to work extra hours. Check emails by night ..

Is it worth giving everything up and trying to build a career in something like a kitchen, events, or a coffee instead?

Guys, I’m in the process for a Sales Coordinator position. I was interviewed first by HR (screening), then by the Hiring Manager and HR Manager together, and now I’m moving to the Director interview.

In your opinion, at this stage, how many candidates is the Director usually interviewing? Its an operacional position and temporary (12 months)
