Gaming-PC in Garantie eingeschickt, kein Defekt gefunden, 110 € Rechnung

Hallo zusammen,

Losing my mind over this PC issue

Hey Guys,

I bought a gaming PC and have been having issues with it. What’s confusing is that I actually had this exact problem with this Pc once before and even made a post about it here.

My issue is that the PC sometimes suddenly the next day stops working and won’t boot. The motherboard’s debug LEDs stay stuck on the green and white lights, and the system doesn’t continue booting.

I sent the PC back to the seller, and he ran stress tests on it for several days. According to him, the PC showed no errors, crashes, or instability. He even sent me a video as proof showing the PC running normally during the tests.

Because of that, he believes the issue is not with the PC itself and could be related to something on my side that is connected with the pc. I only have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse connected.

I’m honestly running out of ideas, so any help would be appreciated.
