Hi , in 2025 March when mass revocation took place , mine got revoked under 200$ , shoplifting. Since then my case was dismissed and record expunged as well , I still have 2 years on Stem opt and I want to travel to India once.
Anybody with similar experience who has gone to India and went for interview again?
I’ve done my research to carry case dismissed records and another letter from a lawyer that the case is dismissed etc so i should have a better chance.
