I received an ordinance violation for agreeing to pay a female escort for sexual acts. I contacted an escort and asked how much she charged for a quick visit. However, we never agreed to any sexual acts, and our text exchanges were very limited. No sexual acts were discussed.

I met the escort at a hotel but decided to leave about 30 seconds later. No money was exchanged. A few miles down the road, I was pulled over by the police. They told me they knew why I had been at the hotel. I explained that I had met the escort but decided to leave without exchanging any money.

Is it worth fighting?
