What's the best wine job/experience I can have on my 6 months sabbatical?
I'm eligible for a sabbatical next year. My field is in software but I got my wset2 cert last year. I've never worked in the wine, food or beverage industry outside of a HS summer job. What's the most fun or most informative working experience I can have in my 6 months sabbatical? I have plenty of time to prep. So, what are some options for what I know now and options for if I spend time getting my level 3 cert or learning a language (English is my primary language)?
