Has anyone had a market be advertised as no vendor fee and once you get to the check in desk you get charged a fee? What does one do in this situation.. we are literally fundraising for our band fees and not making much from our craft.. people say to lower prices but our work is already underpriced...

So i have my bfs old hoodie. Its to small for both of us and id like to turn it into a weighted pillow with weights in the arms and such for help durring panic attacks.. was wondering how other people would execute it before I get right into it because its an important project to me.
