We've all seen the new support they revealed for shanks (1 card for now)

Do you think that's enough to make shanks meta again? Like yeah sounds like a huge buff but I dont know if that's all it takes, specially now that tier 1 is airtight with only 2 decks on that special vip club. There's also the chance that it doesnt even become tier 2. Sabo recieved koala and eb04 zoro, with no results in op15. New to this game, but veteran in others, so I don't know how far a new piece of good support pushes a deck when said deck has been non meta for a while and powercrept like 3 times over. Of course people are rising prices of anything shanks now but investors bros will find any excuse to pump and dump. Opinions?

I like to peek at other tcg's, currently playing one piece and retired from ygo and pokemon, but the best hook for me is when the top tier isn't absurdly expensive. Currently in OP you can build a top tier from 150-300 which is expensive but not abusrd. In pokemon you can get the a roster of every meta deck for like 2 pennies and a piece of chewing gum. Where does fusion world sit? How much do top decks go around for this format?
