UNKNOWN SPOTIFY ACC LINKED TO MY GCASH
Hii it's been 6 months already and I still can't figure out how to unlink a spotify account that doesn't belong to me. I've already checked all my spotify accounts and there's nothing😭 In fact, I wouldn't avail such premium account because I can opt to choose to have a student account. I traced the transaction and the first one was actually in January where I only paid 60 pesos (promo ig) but gcash just reverted back for some reason so I just left it. Until now, I'm still paying 169 pesos for spotify that doesn't belong to me. Please help me what to do....
I've tried reaching out to gcash and they won't refund me because they said I should unlink it of my own accord. But how can I unlink an account that doesn't belong to me huhu. In May, my gcash didn't decrease because I didn't cash it out to my wallet just to be safe. I thought it would disappear or be unlinked but this June it came back again😣
Pls help me what to do
