first interview since september 2025.....
I had an interview this morning with Alpharidge IT (MSP) for hopefully a stable full-time job.
NOPE!
They naturally recorded the interview without my consent.
The proceeded to put up a powerpoint presentation; typical about the company and about the role slide. Doesn't make it past the 2nd slide because it's not even a real job. Not a full or part time job, its GIG WORK and they openly said, "We want you to take one or or two projects when you are offshift with your current employer."
I thought, but naturally didn't say, "Bruh, there is no offshift with my current employer WHICH IS WHY I AM LOOKING FOR AN 8-5, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY."
I was calm and professional during the interview but honestly shit like this that companies pull SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.
On top of it being gig work, the hiring manager kept trying to push me into wanting to take on the 3rd shift, travelling to customer sites using my car and gas. When I become more unhinged, I will tell them to fuck right the hell off.
