Weird status update on a parcel with live plants - please help
Hey, at 11am today I got this weird message on my parcel that contains live plants coming from Spain.
This message only exists in the Royal Mail tracking and does not exist on the Spanish version (so far the systems were in sync).
All import paperwork, customs paperwork (CN23 form) and plant information are in the parcel and were also submitted through the gov system. The entry on the gov system has a green "tick" to show it has been authorised. I've reached out to them and they told me to reach the carrier.
Anyone knows anything I can do? :'(
