Hi guys

I’ve started escitalopram 10mg and it’s days 11 , I feel awful 😢
Heart palpitations, jitters , anxiety, depression,nervousness and just overall fearful.

Any positive stories ?
I am in the trenches and it feels so overwhelming.

It feels like everyone it moving on with with their lives and I am stuck in my own bubble of misery.
It’s so difficult being a mum and going through this.
