My daughter’s drawing at school. It’s now framed and on a wall at home.
My wife’s parents top left, my parents top right.
Me and my wife in the center row.
My son and daughter in the bottom row.
The warmth and love I felt when she handed her picture to me was so incredibly powerful that I couldn’t help but feel a swell of tears rushing to my eyes.
All I could do at the moment was hug her tight and say “thank you so much, I love you”.
