Do African mothers ever get tired of talking? They talk and talk for hours. It’s so draining and mentally exhausting especially when they keep repeating themselves.

The most annoying part is when you’re watching a movie and they keep talking. And when you pause it they get silent. And you put it on and they start talking again😭😭😭

Or during car rides when they turn the radio off and give long lectures, usually on men and marriage

To those who are in their 20s and above, how do your parents react when you tell them you don’t plan on having kids? Mine thinks I’ll change my mind and that no one with take care of me when I’m older🙃

Also to those who are in your 40s and up, are your parents disappointed with your decision or have they just accepted it?

Is it possible to shadow PAs on weekends? If yes, what PA specialties work on the weekend?

I get that people in this city rely on driving to get to places but for some reason, walking here feels like a sin. You either get stared at by people driving as if you’re some peasant or get catcalled (if you’re a female). Does anyone else feel this way?
