Blender to roblox Rig problems

I am working on custom characters for a game and rigging them in blender.

Image1: The rootpart spawns so far away from the character (apparently based on blender center point)

Image2: No root part at all

Image3: same issue for more example.

image 6: export settings that I use for all models on this project

My rigging process is simple. After modeling I assign the bones and weight paint them so that in pose mode it works how I want it too then export with these settings

Other issues I am having is that they animate fine but when it comes to playing it with scripts they aren't working. Not sure if its an issue with animation controller or I am doing something else wrong. The other models that are humanoid rigs work just fine and all follow the same process.

If we do rig everything in studio using rig edit it works but we lose the ability of having smoother animations so is there any work around for this?
