I've had this laptop for a little over a year now and for the past few months there's been something up with my shift keys. I have a high suspicion that it's software related since when 1 stops working, other does too. It seems to be like they'll stop working for random amounts of time then start working at random times too, there isn't a set pattern that I can see. Additionally, around the same time that my keys stopped working, my mouse would sometimes just not show up when I boot up my laptop, but I've since fixed this issue. This could mean potentially I installed something that has messed with the drivers or something? I really have no idea. If anyone has had a similar experience PLEASE HELP
