DNB artist on a dubstep lineup - does it work or kill the flow?

Curious how people here feel about this.

I’m a drum and bass artist/DJ playing on a lineup that is mostly dubstep/riddim/bass music. The crowd is obviously going to be there for heavier 140 stuff, but I’ve been thinking a lot about whether a proper DnB set can actually work in that environment if it’s programmed right.

Not talking about soft liquid or completely unrelated vibes. More like high-energy, aggressive, bass-forward DnB: rollers, dancefloor, neuro, jump-up moments, heavy doubles, maybe some dubstep/DnB edits, and enough familiar energy to keep the room locked in.

Part of me thinks DnB can be the right change of pace on a dubstep lineup because it keeps the energy high but gives the crowd something different. The other part of me wonders if some dubstep crowds just hear 174 BPM and immediately check out because it’s not what they came for.

PS TYNAN is the headliner

So what do you think?

Does a DnB artist fit on a dubstep lineup if the set is tailored for that crowd, or should dubstep lineups mostly stay in the 140 lane?

Also curious if you’ve ever seen a DnB set absolutely work — or completely flop — at a dubstep/bass show.
