As promised, here is a GIF showing how to use the iHerb ingredient search tool.

Since I already introduced the tool in my previous post, I just wanted to share this quick GIF demonstrating how to filter and find products by specific ingredients and dosages.

Hope this makes it easier to use!

I got frustrated with iHerb’s search filters, so I built an independent supplement ingredient analyzer/search tool. Need your feedback!

Hi guys

As someone who is super meticulous about supplement ingredients and ratios, I always found it incredibly annoying that major sites like iHerb do not allow you to search for products by including or excluding specific ingredients simultaneously. For example, looking for a multivitamin with Ashwagandha but without Biotin, or trying to find a specific magnesium form.

So I decided to fix my own problem and built an independent tool called Supplaecipe. Since I cannot include links in the main post due to the spam filter, I will leave the website link in the first comment below.

With this tool, you can search supplements strictly based on raw ingredients like L Theanine, Magnesium Glycinate, Berberine, NMN, or NAC. You can filter to INCLUDE multiple ingredients or EXCLUDE specific ones you want to avoid. It also lets you compare product names, brands, prices, and exact supplement facts or dosages in one single view.

I just launched the English version and really want to know what hardcore supplement enthusiasts think. What features should I optimize next? Are there any bugs? Let me know your thoughts.

I actually messaged the moderators a few days ago to ask if it was okay to share this here but have not received a reply yet. So I am posting this quietly and cautiously. If this community does not find it useful or if it violates any unwritten rules, I am truly sorry lol.

Please check the first comment for the link.

  1. First, just dig in. Enjoy the feast right in front of you while it's fresh.

  2. Save a few lean slices. Toss them into your "dessert ramen" at the end. Trust me, it levels up the broth completely.

3.The Fridge Hack. Put the remaining bony parts in the fridge. The next day, take them out and gnaw on them cold while chugging a beer.

This is the end-all-be-all way to consume Jokbal.

It’s technically Korean Jokbal (pig's trotter)... but with a German twist.

Looking at my own photos made me so damn hungry... for real.
