so i might have dropped one of those valve spring lock pieces into my 7a-fe engine. i lost it between cylinder 2 & 3 and only heard it hitting the head a few times and then it dissapeared. my best guess is that it got into the oil canal that i circled in the photo. does anyone know if that canal goes straight down into the oil pan? i stuck a magnet in there, it went in pretty far but i didnt get anything. there are also holes where i drew the arrows (pretty tucked away), where do they lead to?

any help is appreciated :)
