female, 16 years old, 5'9 130 pounds.

around 40 hours ago, i took 6600mg naproxen. nothing happened. i woke up the next day with some weird chest pain that made it hard to walk fast or move a certain way. that night i couldnt lay on my side without experiencing pain. today, the pain remains, if not a little worse. im not having any difficulty breathing (i can take a full, deep breath) but it hurts to breathe when walking, and it hurts to eat. whats happening? i feel fine otherwise i dont think i need medical attention, i just dont know whats going on.
