[3 YoE, Recent Psychology Grad, Research Assistant/Analyst, Canada]
Welcoming any feedback on my resume for research analyst/assistant roles in hospitals and academic settings as I haven't gotten any interviews (yet)!
*Concerns*
- Length: I know I need to cut down to 1 page. Wondering if I should remove the presentations/publications sections. I thought they might help make up for the lack of experience.
- Overlap: at some points I was working with 2 different labs at the same time. It seems that recruiters prefer candidates who don't have any overlap, how should I address this?
- Numbers: I feel pretty silly "quantifying" my impact the way I did but a career advisor told me it's pretty much expected. Is that true?
