Account on lockdown, can't contact seller
There have been similar threads about this before, but if it’s such a common problem, it deserves more attention.
I spent over €1000 on a synth from a larger Reverb-approved music store. A couple of days after shipping, the order status was still showing “UNKNOWN,” and the shipping provider’s website returned no results for the tracking number.
I tried to politely contact the store to ask whether this was a common issue with their chosen courier. The moment I hit send, my account was locked.
At first I thought maybe I was not seeing the email because outlook is outlook. I changed my account email to my main address outside Outlook, and every other email came through fine. Only the lockdown one is nowhere to be seen.
How you can spend that much money on a service and have your account locked down is beyond me.
