False CPS and now FAP
My soon to be ex (army) filed false CPS charges on me (civilian). CPS dropped the case already and didn’t even interview me. Family advocacy program is now involved. During the interview with FAP, it was clear that my soon to be ex didn’t tell them we still live in the same home. And they were able to see through the crap and claimed it as retaliation for me filing for divorce. There is a whole paper trail that transpired quickly with all of this. So far the report is ongoing.
Now what? I don’t want my ex to lose career but I’m wondering if the committee will turn this report and these false claims will backfire? Or will it just dissolve and we can move on. Soon to be ex continues to use lawyer as means of smearing my name in courts to attempt to get full custody. Also has drained all savings. It has been horrible.
Soon to be ex is also trying to get a PAR to stay here longer as currently has orders. Is this possible? Will FAP potentially affect this?
