How are interview patterns in Nepali IT companies these days?

I have heard that interviewers are increasingly focusing on system design and behavioral questions, especially for experienced candidates(mid/senior roles). How common are coding-related questions for mid-level and senior-level roles? Do companies still ask LeetCode-style algorithm and data structure problems during interviews?

If coding questions are still frequently asked, could you recommend the best websites and resources to practice Coding interviews?

I had interview one of the it company in nepal.Interview went well and they call me in an onsite interview for HR round.HR round pani bayo.

they offer me a role for that position ( software engineering roles).They said that the start date is after week.

I just want to ask follow-up questions at first, and I said I can join after 12/15 days serving as a notice period, and I just asked them through email whether they will do a review after probation is completed since they are paying less for those roles, as well.

they even donot reply to my email.and after 1/2 days ,I just wrote another follow-up email regarding this but they did not even reply to that one. Maybe they offered this position to other candidates.

I am curious whether it is common for companies to stop responding even after extending a job offer, or if there might be another reason behind the silence.
