Is this utter perfection for the Kroot?

We get our 5+ invs with an advance/charge strat, hurrah rampagers!

2nd strat for +1 AP which means +2 AP opportunity on something tanky, for 2CP but nice for 1 CP using War Shapers

Admired Leader enhancement +1 Ld +1 OC is worth any amount of points

Also is Lone Spear sniper viable now if it can go upstairs on a home objective and be hitting with +1 BS with plunging fire, +1 to hit with [Heavy], i.e almost always hitting on a 2+?
