Finally framed
Finally got it back, really happy with how they came out! Poster from the Perth, Australia show in December last year.
I thought the frame really suits the armour of the centipede thing and Tool generally. It was the only frame I really liked when I went to the framers. A couple of days afterwards, the framers called me and said that frame is not available anywhere and would be months before the manufacturer gets it back in stock. Could have swapped to something available right then... but come on... Tool fans are used to perfection and waiting for it!
I was thinking on having the poster and pictures all together on one frame but it would have been way too big. I grabbed the best pics I found from the night, then edited the shows advertising flyer in the same style it was done in to add in the setlist and a few more details. Spacing of the setlist didn't fit nicely - think adding the 7 pointed star worked out nicely.
The dimensions and spacing of the white backing is exactly the same on both, if I ever get another poster I can always swap it out. Sphere concert? Turning 50 in 2 years. Bucket list holiday if the stars align (7 pointed ones obviously).
