Last dart deflected into the T5 😭

Basically I’m wondering what weight to use, I have quite a forceful throw, I have very minimal wrist movement it’s basically all in my arm, I know for certain I can’t use anything 23 and above, I currently use 22g and sometimes I feel like it can be a little floaty, so not sure where to go from here, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. If so please let me know. Here’s how I hold the dart for a little added context. 🎯
