Constant vibration or gain sound in left ear
So I've been having an issue where I notice this overwhelmingly loud gain like vibration in my left ear. I have four flavors of tinnitus, 2 in left and 2 in right and this feels and acts differently. It seems to wax and wane in intensity, stop when I or others talk then come back stronger. I can get it to stop for 20 seconds if I plug my ear for 10 seconds then release. It also stops for a roughly 15 minutes if I get a workout. What is this?
I've stumped every doctor so far as they have run the diagnosis gamut of tinnitus to middle ear myoclonus(which im currently on ineffective meds for). Some even act like I must be making this up. MRI was clean, estrucean tube look normal, eardrums normal.It's been a month and the only relief I can get is plugging my ear canal.. Does anyone have any theories?
