Parking permit for moving truck?

Hi, I'll be moving to San Jose soon (around St. Leo's), and I was wondering if it is necessary to reserve parking for the moving truck.

I saw elsewhere that you do need to get a permit if parking in a metered area or if you are using a pod, but I haven't seen anything about my situation: The place I'm moving has a sign directly in front that says "no parking any time: except by St. Leo's permit". So, do I need to request a tow-away permit for this area? It doesn't look like parking is particularly competitive in the area I'm moving, so I'm not sure there will be anyone parked there anyway.

I miss fun ETB dice

Title. I used to love getting a new ETB because I'd get the sweet dice with the special set symbols. Now, the only special dice we've had in a long time is the Team Rocket one from Destined Rivals. Bring back set symbols, or at least interesting dice.

Does anyone else miss these? I only started playing and collecting around Sword and Shield, so I feel like I only had them briefly before they were taken away :(
