Fellow LOAs, what is your current pay and bonus structure?

I'm currently working for a bank making a little over $21/hr and only $20 per file, unless I hit a certain threshold where it doubles to $40 per file. This is insanely lower than my previous position a few years ago at a large mortgage company earning $22/hr and a flat $150 per file in a fully remote role. I probably average around 15 closings a month and my highest has been 26. That got me a $1,040 bonus for that month but would've been a $3,900 bonus at my last company.

I got laid off and was out of the industry for over 2 years. I'm just wondering if my current pay is normal now or if the high-paying positions like I had before still exist
