I need braces but I can’t afford them (UK)

my upper wisdom teeth have pushed my other teeth forward making them crooked and it hurts from the pressure

i went to maxillofacial and they said that yes the wisdom teeth are impacted but they won’t do anything

its 3-4k to get braces or invisilign but the nhs won’t do anything , I had straight teeth before I was 18 otherwise I would have had braces then , I honestly don’t know what to do . I am getting suicidal thoughts over the way it affects me . And I know there’s worse things going on in the world but I just want to crawl out of my own skin.

I have autism and it affects my physical sensory pain as well as my overall self esteem.

but I can feel the movement progressing and I just want it sorted out now before more problems come down the line. it already makes my teeth harder to clean .

I just wish i had some rich relative that would help me or a dentist could let me volunteer or something so I can get the treatment .

I have done all the things I can to save money but it’s not really saving quick enough and more costs just keep happening in my life.

i am 32 I started experiencing problems at 25

I’ve noticed my migraine attacks have increased recently which could be linked

the X rays show the wisdom teeth are impacted actually pushing towards the other teeth , I know they like to say that’s not the cause but they are actually touching the roots of the teeth next to them
