Operation Golden Pheasant (Faisan Dorado) 1988- Honduras
Several battalions from the 82nd Airborne and 7th Infantry Division (5,000 total) participated in an operation against Nicaraguan "Contras" that infiltrated Honduras through its south border. Any of you recognize a name or have stories being there or knowing someone being there. Just interested in some History.
