Noodles in back bean sauce. Noodles were very good, had a nice chew to them. Very rich flavor in the ‘sauce’. You only use 2 tablespoons of the cooking water to add to the sauce pack. Not overly black bean sauce. For those looking for a non-spicy noodles this is a good one! Paldo offers a spicy version of these noodles.

Will buy again as it’s a nice alternative for a non-soupy instant noodle!
